How It Works

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via email and/or WhatsApp containing your tracking information.

Tracking Steps

• Step 1 — Order Confirmed: You receive an order confirmation immediately after checkout with your order number.
• Step 2 — Processing: Our team prepares and packages your item(s) within 1 business day.
• Step 3 — Dispatched: Your order is handed to our logistics partner. You receive a tracking number and/or waybill ID via WhatsApp or email.
• Step 4 — Out for Delivery: Your order is on its way. Our logistics partner or rider will contact you on your provided phone number.
• Step 5 — Delivered: Your La Voûte De Luxe parcel arrives at your door. Enjoy! 🖤

Can't Find Your Tracking Info?

If you did not receive a tracking notification, please check your spam/junk folder. You can also contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at +234 814 063 9638 with your full name and order details, and we will assist you immediately.

Return Window

Due to the luxury and limited nature of our pieces, La Voûte De Luxe operates a strict 12-hour return policy from the time of confirmed delivery. Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon receipt.

Eligible Reasons for Return

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Item is significantly different from the product description

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 12 hours of confirmed delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items with tags removed
• Sale items (unless defective)
• Custom or made-to-order pieces

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us via WhatsApp at +234 814 063 9638 within 12 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 hours.
• Approved returns will be collected by our logistics team at no cost to you.

Refunds or replacements for approved returns are processed within 3–5 business days.

• You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Prefer to Order via WhatsApp?

You can also place your order directly through WhatsApp. Simply send us the product name, your size, and your delivery address, and we will process your order manually and send you a secure payment link.
